New Year’s Eve in
1985
Leave your phone at the door. Settle into a glamorous supper club and the dishes America fell in love with, reinvented by our chef.
$250 per guest · food only · limited seats
One night. One year. No screens.
Our chef was born in 1985. For one night, he takes you back there, and cooks the way a Galician-trained chef would if he’d grown up on America’s greatest hits.
The result is a fine-dining tasting menu that feels like a night out in 1985: warm amber light, a great soundtrack, and your full attention on the person across the table and the plate in front of you.
Come as you are, or dress for a 1985 New Year’s Eve. Sequins welcome. Never required.
10 plates. The name on the menu is the memory. What lands on the plate is the surprise.
Here’s the order of the night.
Oysters Rockefeller.
One perfect Oregon oyster. A grand American classic, in a single bite.
Lobster Roll
Warm, buttery and brioche-bound, but not built the way you’d expect.
Cheeseburger
It won’t look like one. It will taste exactly like one.
Cobb Salad
Dungeness crab, and a pour at the table.
Blackened Fish
The 80s dish that put Cajun cooking on every menu, with Pacific halibut and caviar.
Roast Chicken
Sunday dinner, with a tiny biscuit alongside.
Steak & Potatoes
Dry-aged Oregon Wagyu. The steakhouse at its most serious.
Root Beer Float
The soda fountain, ice cold and very small.
Banana Split
Every flavor you remember, none of the boat.
The TV Dinner
The night’s final punchline.
